General Information

This office specializes in the treatment of general internal medicine diseases as hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, chronic pain syndromes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and arthritis. We also evaluate infectious disease patients and patients with travel illnesses. Pre-travel consultation can be provided.

Our office building is located in the Millcreek Industrial park.  To get to our office from 64:

• Take 20 South toward Scottsville
• Turn Right turn on Independence Way
• Turn Right onto Avon St. Extended
• Turn Left onto Southern Parkway
• Turn Right onto Five Springs Rd
• Five Springs road wraps around to the left, bear left and the our office is will be on the Right.
